About this website

This website is published by Cheta Wellness. The information on it is intended as a general introduction to our practice and to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. It is not clinical advice, and it is not a substitute for individual assessment or treatment.

This site is not a crisis service

If you are in immediate distress, or someone you know is, we are not the right route. Please contact Samaritans on 116 123, NHS 111 for urgent mental health support, or 999 in an emergency. Crisis signposting is also available in the site footer on every page.

Fees and bookings

Fees and session details quoted on the website were correct at the date last updated above. Fees are reviewed periodically, and any change will be communicated to existing clients in advance and will be reflected on the fees page. The terms that govern individual therapy, including cancellation, payment, and confidentiality, are agreed in writing at the start of any clinical relationship.
